Rates are per person per night, and include a full South African breakfast and all taxes.
Rates for children under 12, quoted on application. 12 and over; full price.

All rooms have complimentary tea & coffee, fans and heaters (unless airconditioned).
Hairdryers available on request. Swimming towels provided.

 

Strictly NO SMOKING in any room or any part of the house or on verandas. Should guests smoke in a room, a cleaning fee of up to 100% of the room rate will be charged. Guests may smoke in the gardens, where ashtrays are provided.

We reserve the right to move guests from rooms requested at booking stage to another room of the same level or better should we need to for any reason whatsoever, but quote/price will not be affected.
