Should guests smoke in a room, a cleaning fee of up to 100% of the room rate will be charged.

We reserve the right to move guests from rooms requested at booking stage to another room of the same level
or better should we need to for any reason whatsoever, but quote/price will not be affected. Guests will never be downgraded.
